Return shipping is free, paid for by Pure Bliss Market. If you choose to return by mail, contact owner Marla Smith via email at pureblissliving[AT]aol[DOT]com to obtain the shipping address for your return.
Pure Bliss Market will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the mail delivery; we’ll also send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Note that Pure Bliss Market does not refund original shipping and handling charges; however, we do cover return shipping charges.
Refunds (in store or by mail) are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
